Abstract

We have been proposing to apply visible light communication to ITS vehicle-to-vehicle communication, using LED lights on vehicles as the transmitters and high-speed cameras on other vehicles as the receiver. Visible light communication is a wireless communication method using luminance, transmitting data by emitting light. Detection of the transmitter is important for conducting the communication. In this paper, we proposed the algorithm to detect transmitter on the moving vehicle and report some experiments.
