Abstract

For the driver monitoring system in autonomous driving, it is effective not only to detect low-arousal level but also to keep adequate arousal condition by predicting low-arousal level in advance. We focused on driver's acclimatization caused by monotonous visual stimulus during supervising a vehicle autonomous driving. In this paper, we quantified stimulus in visually recognizing such as a driving environment and display information so that we proposed a model that can predict the arousal level in advance.
