Abstract

A 45-year-old man presented with recurrent episodes of occipital headache, occasional blurring of vision, and imbalance for 5 years. The patient had no medical history of note. The patient recalls sustaining a head injury as a child (5 years old) when he had what was thought to be a laceration in the scalp secondary to being hit by a stone.
