Abstract

This research paper deals with the crime of child kidnapping as part of the organized crime system, which feeds various crimes that threaten the safety and stability of society. The real confrontation is not only in the legislative and judicial field but also in the security, social, cultural, and intellectual fields, to be an impenetrable dam against all episodes of organized crime. This fact suggests the necessity of functional and procedural integration to confront criminality, organized crime, and the crime of kidnapping children as part of the overall criminal system, which is manifested by a punitive philosophy to maintain the stability and safety of society.
