Abstract

In the design of heating boilers for house use, the design of safety control is the key consideration. In order to increase the safety level by design, the author analyzed the previous product design and consulted other heater models, to make the safety design for control circuit, and implemented it in the embedded system with the combination of hardware and software. The result shows that this design successfully improves the safety level with no notable increase of the cost.
