Abstract

As to kitchen safety, the flameout protection of gas stove is an important barrier. Based on the deep studies of traditional methods of thermocouple flameout protection and analyzing the temperature curve of the gas stove, the paper not only presents a new approach on flameout protection based on temperature rate, but also lucubrates in related technology. We do the experiments with the relevant hardware and software system to verify the feasibility of the approach. The experimental results shows that the intelligent measuring and controlling technical scheme and related approach presented by the paper are correct and feasible. The experimental system works smoothly and reliably, responded promptly, and is competent for the task.
