Abstract

With the recent resurgence of bicycle traffic in Singapore, conflicts between pedestrians and cyclists appear evident. To cater to both groups' needs, it is imperative to have a practical approach to balance demand and supply. This study introduces a new user-centric acceptability matrix, LOSAM, which traffic engineers may find easy and quick to use.
