Abstract

In the presented paper, a mathematical pharmacokinetic three-compartment model is developed, which allows a predictable, satisfactory appraisal of the concentration curve pertaining after passive THC absorption within the interval limit defined by the variability of the disposition parameters. In principle, such prediction appraisals allow active and passive THC absorption to be distinguished on the basis of the criteria of balance. It is safely predictable that for a stay in a normal sized room a THC plasma concentration of 2 ng/ml caused by passive absorption through inhalation is barely exceeded.
