Abstract

The new coronavirus disease and the consequences due to restrictive conditions (Quarantine) have exposed family relations to some critical issues and have increased domestic violence against women. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to investigate the reasons for the increasing domestic violence related to coronavirus (COVID 19) by systematic review study.
METHODS: At the first stage, we gathered original articles from 2019 to 2020 in PubMed, Pro-Quest, Springer, Scopus, Science Direct and Google Scholar databases by searching for the keywords COVID 19, domestic violence, violence against a close partner, conflicts marital and mental health were studied, and finally, based on the inclusion criteria, out of 65 articles, 15 articles were included in the research and the results were classified, summarized and reported. The evaluation of the reviewed articles showed that long-term quarantine, economic problems, alcohol, and drug use, and mental disorders are the basic reasons for the increase in domestic violence-related to Covid-19. Due to the negative consequences of domestic violence for the psychological and physical health of victims, coordination and cooperation of various institutions to design and implement effective intervention and support strategies to prevent domestic violence and reduce its negative effects are recommended.

کووید19 زمینه سازی برای افزایش خشونت خانگی علیه زنان: مطالعه مروری نظاممند
بیماری جدید کرونا ویروس و اقدامات محدودیتی ناشی از آن ساختار خانواده¬ها را در معرض برخی مسائل و تنش-های بحرانی قرار داده است و باعث افزایش خشونت خانگی نسبت به زنان شده است. مطالعه حاضر دلایل افزایش خشونت خانگی مرتبط با شیوع کرونا ویروس جدید (کووید19) به روش مرور نظاممند مورد بررسی قرار داد. بدین صورت که یافته¬های پژوهشی از سال¬های میلادی 2019 تا 2020 در پایگاه¬های اطلاعاتی Science ،Scopus ،Springer ،ProQuest ،PupMed direct و Google Scholar با جستجوی کلیدواژه¬های کووید19، خشونت خانگی، خشونت نسبت به شریک صمیمی، تعارضات زناشویی و سلامت روان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که در نهایت بر اساس معیارهای ورود از بین 65 مقاله مورد بررسی، 15 مقاله وارد پژوهش و نتایج طبقه¬بندی، خلاصه و گزارش شد. ارزیابی حاصل از مقالات مورد بررسی نشان داد قرنطینه طولانی مدت، مشکلات اقتصادی، مصرف الکل و مواد مخدر و اختلالات روانی از دلایل افزایش خشونت خانگی همزمان با شیوع کووید19 به شمار میروند. با توجه به پیامدهای منفی خشونت خانگی برای سلامت روانشناختی و جسمانی قربانیان هماهنگی و همکاری نهادهای مختلف در جهت طراحی و اجرای راهبردهای مداخله¬ای و حمایتی موثر به منظور جلوگیری از بروز خشونت خانگی و کاهش تاثیرات منفی ناشی ازآن توصیه
