Abstract

There are various sources of danger in chemical plants. It is necessary to manage potential hazards to prevent accidents. However, the point is how to manage it. The chemical plant begins with design, evaluates safety, and shifts to full-scale operation. Last time, I took up operation management. A chemical plant is a collection of machinery and equipment. If it is used, it will break down or deteriorate. Repairs and construction are required. This time, I would like to introduce the lessons learned from past accident cases from the perspective of facility management and construction management. [Google Translate]
