Abstract

There are various sources of danger in chemical plants. It is necessary to manage potential hazards to prevent accidents. However, the point is how to manage it. The chemical plant begins with design, evaluates safety, and shifts to full-scale operation. What is important in the management of a chemical plant is the "material danger", "people" and "equipment" of chemical substances.
