Abstract

There are various sources of danger in chemical plants. It is necessary to manage potential hazards to prevent accidents. However, the point is how to manage it. The chemical plant begins with design, evaluates safety, and shifts to full-scale operation. Operation management is also an important management aspect. This time, I would like to introduce the lessons learned from past accident cases from the perspective of operation management. [Google Translate]
