Abstract

The number of accidents in agricultural work did not decrease, but other industries decreased and became conspicuous. Attention has been focused on the expansion of agricultural business through TPP and ICT in the agricultural field, and as the scale of agriculture has expanded, the number of companies that have entered the agricultural field and incorporated has increased, and the idea of ​​systematic occupational safety and health is now required for this agriculture. It was. In any industry, safety and health issues are also human issues, and safety attitudes and efforts are not manifested. It is natural that an accident does not occur, and it is important to keep it to a minimum even if it does occur. As a Katayama Anshin Consultant LLC, the author will open a driving school where you can experience simulated danger, and introduce activities to motivate workers to work on safety and health.


農作業における事故件数は減少せず,他産業が減少し目立つ様になった.農業分野のTPP やICT による農業ビジネスの拡大によって注目が集まり,農業規模の拡大と共に法人化や農業分野へ参入した企業も増え,組織的な労働安全衛生の考え方がこの農業に求められる様になった.どの産業も,安全衛生の問題は人の問題でもあり安全への姿勢や努力は表立つことは無い.事故が起きなくて当たり前,起きても最小限にとどめる事が重要になる.著者が片山安心コンサルタント合同会社として危険疑似体験できる教習所を開所し,安全衛生への取り組みへの動機を作業者の方に持っていただく為の活動を紹介する.
