Abstract

In the November 2018 issue of Cyberpsychology, Behavior, and Social Networking (vol. 21, no. 11; 719–726), the article titled Personality and Problematic Internet Use Among Chinese College Students: The Mediating Role of Maladaptive Cognitions Over Internet Use by Zhou N, Geng X, Du H, Wu L, Xu J, Ma S, Zhang J, Yu C, Liang Y, Meng J, Yuan X, Cao H, and Fang X requires a correction to a sentence on page 721.

The sentence originally read as:

“At the first year of data collection, students' ages ranged from 15 to 24 years old (M = 18.56, SD = 0.84) and 38.16 percent of the students were female.”

The sentence should have read as:

“At the first year of data collection, students' ages ranged from 15 to 24 years old (M = 18.56, SD = 0.84) and 38.16 percent of the students were male.”

The online version of the article has been corrected to reflect this change.

The authors apologize for the error.
