Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of resilience of juvenile delinquents by using Q methodology and to find practical directions for djuvenile delinquents problem.

For this purpose, 27 statements about resilience were conducted through 15 prejudicial adolescents with the prior cooperation of the institution and the consent of the subjects. As a result of the analysis, four types were derived. Type 1 can be named as stable type, type 2 as latent type, type 3 as 'embraced type' and type 4 as 'unstable type'.

When show the approach direction each type, First, it is necessary to develop intervention techniques based on characteristics by subdividing juvenile delinquents according to their motivations and characteristics. Second, juvenile delinquents need to develop their abilities to cope with sudden situations and events without being embarrassed. Third, it is necessary to use parent - child relationship of delinquent adolescents, teacher and peer group as a protection factor to sustain positive interpersonal relationship. Fourth, it is necessary to develop and apply a program that uses various techniques such as camping and participation in club activities using.

Vernacular Abstract

본 연구는 비행청소년의 회복탄력성에 대한 인식유형을 Q방법론을 활용하여 비행청소년의 회복탄력성의 특성을 밝히고, 비행청소년 문제에 대한 실천적 접근방향을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 회복탄력성에 관한 진술문 27문항을 비행청소년 15명을 대상으로 기관의 사전협조와 연구대상자의 동의를 거쳐 조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 4가지의 유형이 도출되었는데 유형 1은 안정형', 유형 2는 잠재형', 유형 3은 '포용형', 유형 4는 '불안정형'으로 명명할 수 있다. 유형별 실천적 접근방향을 제시해 보면, 첫째, 비행청소년을 동기와 특성에 따라 세분화하여 특성별 개입기술을 개발할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 비행청소년이 갑작스런 상황이나 사건의 발생 시 당황하지 않고 침착하게 대처할 수 있는 능력을 함양시킬 필요가 있다. 셋째, 비행청소년의 부모-자녀관계, 교사 및 또래집단과의 관계를 긍정적인 대인관계를 지속하는 보호요인으로 활용할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 캠핑 및 스포츠를 활용한 학교동아리 클럽 참여와 같은 다양한 기법을 활용한 프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있다.
