Abstract

The publication deals with selected issues related to planning and ensuring the evacuation of the population from the area threatened by the consequences of the crisis phenomenon. It deals with the idea of emergency supply evacuated the population in terms of transport security and it possibility at the choice of a suitable method of transport of food for evacuees people. The main idea is to create the optimal model of the supply the population with basic foodstuffs. For optimum supply it is necessary to specify the possible.
