Abstract

The study is aim to suggest improvement alternates through reviewing dangerous zones and access control zones of「Act on Prevention of Accidents at Coastal Sea」. And improvement alternate is suggested from analysis of processing procedure of selection dangerous zones and access control zones in 「Act on Prevention of Accidents at Coastal Sea」. 「Act on Prevention of Accidents at Coastal Sea」was established 2014. 5. 21. and went into effect 2014. 8. 22. 「Safety Management Regulations for Accidents at Coastal Sea」was enacted for shaping up「Act on Prevention of Accidents at Coastal Sea」. The term "accident at coastal sea" means the following accidents that occur in coastal sea areas, causing danger and injury to people. ① An accident caused by falling into the sea from mud flats, rocks on the seashore, bulwarks, land-connecting bridges, docks, uninhabited islands, etc., or by crash, isolation, etc.; ②) An accident that occurs during coastal sea experience activities. as of 2016. 12, there are dangerous zones 1,647, access control zones 20 and are A grade 192, B grade 309, C grade 1,146 in south korea. Improvement alternates of Dangerous zones is to organizational management plans of Maritime police, improvements of dangerous zones and access control zones's procedure, rationalization of accident at coastal sea legal meaning and new-making of various criterions about dangerous conditions, policies plans of danger possibility publicizing.
