Abstract

We thank Professor Choi for his response to our paper ‘Psychosocial job stressors and suicidality: a meta-analysis and systematic review’.

In his letter, Choi has pointed out a small problem, in that the results provided by Ostry et al should actually be in the opposite direction. We appreciate him noting this problem regarding job demands. As underlined by Choi, these results further highlight the mixed findings regarding the relationship between job demands and suicide-related outcomes.
