Abstract

Using the Coping Power Program (Lochman, Wells, and Murray, forthcoming) as an example of an evidence-based program for aggressive children, this report compares alternative analysis strategies for program evaluation and describes potential drawbacks of using intent-to-treat (ITT) analyses to examine intervention effects and presents several additional analytic methods as alternatives to ITT.
