Abstract

After the Eighteenth Meeting of Communist Party of China,China enters into the new period of reform and development,the mission in the social development of the new period and the new poverty challenge China's social assistance unprecedentedly. The left behind children's suicide incident at Bijie of Guizhou reflects that China's social assistance still has such problems as the concept of relief still in the transition from negative to positive relief,the lacks of legislation support and compelling in relief work,simple relief way,the lack of management,coordination and communication among relief departments,weak rural grassroots relief force,and so on.In order to meet the challenge and to change the discomfort,China's social assistance should improve and perfect the legislation,the idea,the method,the management and the team construction for social relief,so as to give full play in the social assistance as the last line of social security and in the role of the safety net.

高职大学生群体与其他大学生群体一样,正处于身心发展的剧变时期,个体身心发展与心理不成熟之间存在矛盾,面临众多人生重大抉择时显得迷惘、犹豫、彷徨,有的可能出现心理危机;同时,发生在学生身边的突发事件也有可能对学生心理产生重要影响,可能导致认知、情感和行为的失调,甚至造成心理危机,这些心理危机轻则影响个体成长,重则影响校园、家庭和社会的稳定。在大学校园中出现这些危机事件并不是没有早期现象的,而是在发生前的一段时间就已经开始滋生。如何能够建立起一套有实际操作性、时效性强的心理危机防范机制,帮助有心理危机的大学生提供专业知识心理疏导,并通过宣传让大学生在面对心理危机时能够快速反应,科学有效的预防和处理大学生危机事件,是目前高职院校开展校园安全工作中的重大问题,也是高职院校心理健康教育中的一项重要工作。结合目前学生的情况,就需要进一步完善和创新高职大学生心理危机防范意识,通过心理危机防范意识的培养帮助学生在面对心理危机时可以快速反应,从而使得高职大学生心理健康不断增强,促进社会的和谐发展。
