Abstract

So far,the prevalence of suicide has increased substantially.As a special population ignored easily,the prevalence of suicide in older adults is higher than other age level populations,and suicide is incline to succeed.Suicide problem is one of the most urgent healthy problems.In older adult population, suicide risks are related with psychological characteristic, somatic disorders, society isolation, neuro-cognition,and so on,often existing together and interacting on each other.To prevent and intervene the occurring of suicide in older adult population, the precaution and intervening are needed, including medication and psychological therapy.Due to difficulty in detection and determination of suicide idea, multi-aspect and multi-level methods and measures are needed.The further studies about the suicide factors and intervene measures are also needed, especially for Chinese older adult population

目前自杀发生率较以前大幅增加,老年人作为一个容易被忽视的特殊人群,与其他年龄层人群相比,其自杀发生率很高,并倾向于自杀成功,所以自杀是老年人群中最紧急迫切的健康问题之一。对于老年人群,自杀风险与心理特征、躯体疾病、社会隔离、神经认知功能等多因素有关,这些因素常合并存在,相互作用。为了防止及有效干预老年人群自杀的发生,需要多方面预防和干预,包括全方面的评估和药物干预和心理治疗等。由于老年人群中自杀观念难于检测和确定,所以要求有多方面和多层次的方法和措施。但对于老年人群的自杀因素和干预措施还需要进一步的研究,尤其是对于中国老年人群。
