Abstract

This article presents the data and photographs from an oblique front-to-front crash test conducted by the University of Tulsa Crash Reconstruction Research Consortium in conjunction with the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) annual accident reconstruction seminar. An analysis of the crash is presented, assuming PSP test speeds are unknown and using energy and momentum methods to solve for them. (TRID)
