Abstract

A data handling system is being developed to facilitate the handling of engineering geology data collected by a number of independent observers in an urban area. The aim is to provide an economical mechanism for the preservation of a maximum amount of data which may be acquired by individual investigations, and for selective retrieval and presentation of such data.


Un système d'utilisation des données a été développé pour faciliter l'utilisation d'informations de géologie de l'ingénieur obtenues par plusieurs observateurs indépendants dans une zone urbaine. Le but est de constituer un méchanisme économique, de conservation d'un maximum d'informations pouvant être obtenues au cours d'investigations particulières, et de recherche sélective et de présentation de telles informations.
