Abstract

The article reports on the potential move of the African government to draft legislation involving human trafficking as part of the issue in the international law in South Africa. It explains that the country is on of the signatory of the United Nations Protocol on Trafficking in Persons to prevent the movement and marketing of women that soon be controlled by organized crime syndicates. In this regard, the government creates the Law Reform Commission project to look into specialized legislation for trafficking laws.
