Abstract

The article focuses on U.S. immigration laws and human trafficking. Topics include why human trafficking laws conflict with immigration enforcement in the U.S., the need for integration between human trafficking response policies and immigration law, and the rights of undocumented immigrants. The author discusses the ways in which the U.S. could reform immigration policy to address the needs of human trafficking victims. Information is provided on the enforcement of anti-trafficking laws in the U.S.
