Abstract

The article discuses several court cases including Polish Judicial Authorities v. Celinski wherein Celinski were convicted with two accusation European Arrest Warrants (EAWs), Slovakian Judicial Authority v. Cambal and Polish Judicial Authorities v. Nida. The court at first instance denied Cambal's trafficking despite the finding of the Human Trafficking Centre Competent Authority in Great Britain in the Slovakian Judicial case. The court reviewed the issue of street robbery in Nida case.
