Abstract

This research investigated targeted foreigners who stayed in Korea from China, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, and Bangladesh organized crime of human trafficking. Organized crime of human trafficking Survey translated into nine languages. It is experiences of organized crime trafficking experience through self-reported survey the expression of subjects' friends, relatives, and colleagues. Based on the survey results, compared and examined the characteristics and status of countries, organized crime of human trafficking. According to the survey, three of the ten of foreigners residing in Korea has experienced organized crime of human trafficking targeted to South Korea indirectly. It appeared that the hazards of human trafficking have occurred a lot during preparation for entry into Korea through Internet advertising, professional intermediaries, job placement offices, and international marriage agencies. Also two out of ten foreigners residing in Korea to South Korea have experienced trafficking from the criminal organization which placed them to South Korea during the course of the domestic residence. According to the analysis by organized crime of trafficking, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Cambodia have experienced by organized crime of human trafficking targeted to South Korea highly. In preparation for entry into Korea trafficked path of the damage occurred to a lot of professional intermediaries. China, Philippines, Thailand, Bangladesh through Internet Advertising, Vietnam, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Mongolia and Cambodia to the office of international marriage arrangements were trafficked into South Korea from organized crime. Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Vietnam, foreigners residing in Korea has victimized from organized crime which trafficked into South Korea.
