Abstract

The article offers information on criminology graduates trapping in the book knowledge without having practical implementation of it. It further mentions that University of the Free State (UFS) is providing an ideal vehicle Community Service Learning (CSL) to the Department of Criminology in order to have practical application of theory on Juvenile delinquency. It also reports the advantages of practical engagement to the students during their encounter.
