Abstract

The article focuses on Florida appellate court and the U.S. Supreme Court decisions regarding felony murder where the juvenile defendant did not actually commit the murder. The article further discusses the three factor approach adopted by the Florida appellate court in order to evaluate the circumstances in a non capital case.
