Abstract

The article discusses on the waiver for juvenile delinquencies through a juvenile justice system in the U.S. It includes information on the latest practices in the justice system that involves the transfer of juvenile offenders to the adult criminal court which affects the minorities in a harmful way. It informs about three ways that a juvenile can be waived to adult criminal court which includes judicial waiver, prosecutorial waiver and legislative waiver.
