Abstract

The concept of information technology has been developed to analyze connections between human psychophysical parameters and heliogeophysical factors.

METHODological approaches are discussed for the formation of this information environment, which has been organized at the site www.umon.org.ua. Using this information technology, any Internet user will be able to install software packages, express methods for the registration of their own psychophysical characteristics, and generate reports about the parameters of the connection between their state and heliogeophysical factors.
