Abstract

It has been shown by experiment that autogenic training exerts a positive effect on the performance of operators working continuously for a long time. Their efficiency largely depends on their skill, current health state, and time of the day. Depending on these factors, autogenic training may increase the quality of operator's work by 7 to 49%.
