Abstract

This British Virgin Islands Act amends the Offences Against the Person Act to insert provisions prohibiting sexual intercourse between a male and a "woman whom he knows to be his grand-daughter, daughter, sister, or mother." For the purposes of the Act half-sisters are considered to be sisters.
