Abstract

Fire public liability insurance is the type of the liability insurance which is encouraged and boosted positively by policies now. The paper has chose one shopping mall as the object of study. In this study, we make use of mathematical method to build the risk assessment model of the fire public liability that is suitable for the shopping mall. Finally, in order to operate and use conveniently for the insures in the practical survey, we will turn the mathematical model into Safety Check List(SCL). Also, in this study, insures and insureds negotiate each other to set the limit of liability in the contracts based on the previous risk assessment level.Consequently, it is able to improve this type of insurance and make it more scientific and reasonable. It may boost fire public liability insurance to develop healthily. This method also can be seen as effective combinations between fire safety science and insurance science.
