Abstract

The author compares the data on closed craniocerebral traumas sustained during the Great Patriotic War with current concepts of this trauma. The author emphasizes the significance of multiple combined craniocerebral and general trauma, the importance of the early diagnosis of complications, especially in cases of the so-called mild trauma. The diagnostic role of immunological research methods is discussed.
