Abstract

1. Supreme expert report offices are usually located in the vicinities of universities. They should not only step into action by request of the administrative offices but should also be called upon as an alternative to medico-psychological tests whereby the driving license holder could be tested for driving ability directly. 2. The advisory and supreme expert report model in Homburg act in an individual problem and solution oriented manner. This is to motivate the client's acceptance of the problem in a personally responsible way, thereby helping them to avoid further cases of drink driving.
