Abstract

During endurance experiments it was shown that the intravenous administration of isobutanol allows the unhindered determination of the disposition properties by avoiding the resorption process. During simultaneous ethanol exposition in a range from 0.4 (per mille) to 1.2 (per mille) the velocity constant ((lambda)2), which is predominantly associated with the elimination process, totals 0.54-0.66 h-1. In cases of lacking ethanol exposition it reads 4.02-4.86 h-1. The distribution factor is not invariable to the level of the velocity constant. During simultaneous ethanol exposition it acquired the values 0.65-0.75 whereas with lacking ethanol exposition the values were 0.78-1.00.
