Abstract

An account of the proceedings of the administrative office is given with regard to the withdrawal of driving licenses and the re-granting of licences following withdrawal. With the help of the supreme court administration of justice, in particular the administration of justice of the OVG Bauzen and of the VG Chemnitz legal problems arising for the decision making of the administrative office are depicted and explained. The main question seems to be that of the aptitude or inaptitude to drive vehicles.
