Abstract

The problems of irresponsibility caused by alcohol or drugs are discussed, especially in regard to those cases in which the irresponsibility is caused by taking medicaments, or alcohol and medicaments, or by abnormal alcohol intoxication. The questions of purpose and carelessness in relation to causing irresponsibility in this way are explained, and reference is made to the German Penal Code.
