Abstract

Psychosocial risks, characterized by their multiple causes in the workplace and consequences in terms of pathology, require interconnected medical and multidisciplinary management and care. Burn out syndrome is increasing and can possibly need to be declared as an occupational accident. Preventive actions must be favored considering the seriousness of some clinical settings.
