Abstract

The Federal Welfare Tribunal rules on certain cases that can also involve criminal law, civil law or industrial law, thereby engaging their respective courts of justice. From these cases, the legal aspects regarding accident insurance, provision for soldiers and victim compensation are described in more detail. These cases are then put into their legal dogmatic and statutory contexts, the solutions by the Federal Welfare Tribunal are presented and critically appreciated.
