Abstract

Doubts have arisen as to whether the Drager Alcotest 7110 Evidential is suitable for use in legal proceedings. Should such doubts arise in a concrete case the courts would have to investigate the situation. Irrespectively a safety supplement needs to be taken into consideration when using the Drager Alcotest 7110 Evidential to determine breath alcohol values.
