Abstract

The article deals with the interpretation of the new section 24 a StVG, the determination of limits for alcohol concentration, the measuring of breath alcohol, the establishment of a mean taken from individual breath alcohol measurements, a safety increment when using values gained from breath alcohol contents and the requirements of breathalysers.
