Abstract

Measures serving the amendment of traffic conduct are presented. Regulations and reprisals have their fitting place: information, enlightenment and appeals to responsibility in traffic must be suitably organized. Better superintending is asked since enforcing the law is worthless without strict control. The traffic policeman should be regarded as a welcome helper in preventing traffic accidents.
