Abstract

Differences of opinion need to be settled on the question of whether or not, and under which circumstances the one-off use of intoxicants, which falls under the narcotics law (except cannabis), would exclude the driving ability of a non-addict. Relevant opinions are presented as well as suggestions for further development.
