Abstract

The applications of meteorological information to legal proceedings in Ontario are reviewed. First the various types and sources of meteorological data are described. Then the past uses of these data in both criminal and civil proceedings are reviewed. The article concludes with some advice for investigators and lawyers who are using weather information in a legal proceeding.
