Abstract

Organic protective coatings are used for one or more four main purposes: for decoration, for surface protection of structural and technical materials, for sanitation and for the distribution of light and temperature. This paper will deal with the technology of paint related primarily to metal surfaces and the handling of paint in a forensic laboratory.
