Abstract

The accurate measurements of safety attitude or violation attitude are needed for prevention from the systematic dishonest act and industrial accident. However the questionnaires which are the most familiar measurement have a variety of problems to measure these attitudes. Instead of questionnaires we introduced implicit association test (IAT) which developed by Greenwald and Banaji(1995) in social psychology. We suggest IAT must provide very useful information for risk management.
