Abstract

Indemnity insurance contributes to the stabilization of national life and to a reduction of uncertainty through its role in covering monetery loss that occurs in the event of an accident. Furthermore, it also has the preventative socio-technological aspect that it can influence the structure of applied insurance to ensure that premiums are discounted to meet the risk level of the policyholder. It is believed that in future, private insurance companies will cooperate more closely with the government to ensure that indemnity insurance plays a central role in promoting public safety and warding against accidents or disasters as social security and victim compensation is revisited across the board.
