Abstract

There is a category of individuals with a pronounced alcohol-addiction, which is known to the medical-facility system and in respect to which methods of specific and, possibly, active narcological correction must be taken. Motivations of a high death rate (in Russia) due to diseases related with blood circulation must comprise extra reasoning including an evaluation of easy access to modern cardiological medical care for broad strata of population.
